We design each workout to include:

1. Massive Fat-Loss and Major Aesthetic Improvement
We utilize sports-based anaerobic training to make you "inefficient" at fat storage at a hormonal and cellular level. Basically, we make it more difficult for your body to store fat. 
2. "Cardio" and Conditioning
We integrate cardio in short, intense bursts of speed and power that will have you burning fat and leave you gasping for air. No matter how much cardio stamina you think you have, your lungs and heart will become conditioned to a whole new level. You will experience ab work or "core" training unlike ANYTHING you have experienced before. We have almost 20 different variations of just the sit-up. Did you think the only function of the abs was to help you sit up? Wrong. The primary function of the "core" is PREVENT the wrong kind of motion. You will learn the importance of strong, functional core and, subsequently, how to prevent back pain by using your core the way it was meant to FUNCTION.
6. Strength and Power
Strength determines speed, and speed is KEY to fat-loss and conditioning. Strength is empowering and builds immense self-confidence. Our training system has produced immensely strong people for years. And you can be one of them.
7. Pain reduction
No, we are not medical injury specialists. But all injuries do NOT require medical expertise. Many medical experts still treat the "site" rather than the source of the problem. This may be delving into orthopedic or physical therapy territory, but we have helped many people become injury-free. Our training system will solve some chronic (non-serious) aches and pains.
8. Functional training
This is a former buzz word in the fitness industry, but our definition of "functional training" is about gaining balance, co-ordination and agility. All of these are integrated within each client's workouts.
9. Athleticism and Longevity
Since our programs are based on athletic activity patterns, you will not only hit longer drive in golf, swim faster laps and become leader of your hiking team up Margalla hills, but will actually substantially slow down the ageing process itself.
