Services

We are a personal training facility where each client works with a coach in a 2 on 1 situation. Programs are designed following a 7-step full-body-assessment, which allows us to determine the client's fitness level and quality of movement. We gather as much information as we can about your current physical goals, your past athletic or fitness history, and any previous injuries or health issues. This information is used to design a completely customized program for YOU.

What makes us TRULY unique is that we COMBINE cardio and resistance training within one 30-minute long workout. And we GUARANTEE results within the first month! If you aren't completely ecstatic about your experience, we will gladly refund your money. No questions asked.

We have two basic training programs for you to choose from:

1. Basic Package
  After the assessment is performed and the program design is complete, the client works with one of our highly motivated and friendly coaches. It includes three 30-minute individual sessions per week. Each session will include:
> Warm-up: mobility, stretching  and movement preparation
> Full-body 30-minute workout
> Stretching and foam rolling
All clients are entitled to a free nutrition consultation and to attend all groups classes and events.

Metafitnosis Coach

A one time-only diet will be given to you at an additional cost of 100 USD during your first month. Our diets will work for you for many years to come.

2. Elite Package
  In this package, clients train directly with Metafitnosis owner Amir Siddiqui. Pakistan's foremost expert in fitness and health. Amir is certified by many organizations but the one he most proud of is the Scott Abel, Abel Body Experts certified expert status he has achieved working with elite super-coach and body transformation expert Scott Abel, closely as a student, friend and finally as a fellow expert for many years.
 One hour sessions with Amir vary from 3 to 5 times per week depending on your "needs state" and goals and time limitations. The sessions are composed of :

Hybrid Strength Conditioning using principles of Metabolic and Innervation Training Methodology
>
Flexibility using principles of PNF, Pulse Stretching and joint decompression
>
Mobility work using principles of function of the fascial meridians
>
Soft tissue density and quality improvement using Trigger Point Therapy
>
Self-myofascial release using implements such as foam rollers and compressive tools
>
Joint injury prevention & Treatment using Kinetic Chain Function assessments

Each session is 100USD / session flat rate
 
Programs are designed for men and women of ALL ages. Both male and female trainers are available.
